Joinsoon's mission in product quality is to do things right the first time. We believe preventive measures and quality planning are the key elements of successful quality control. Therefore, the standard operating procedure for all our products not only follows ISO-9001, but is also under continuous improvement. Additionally, all documents and standard operating procedures are safely stored and tracked. As a long term supplier that is well-trusted by customers, we precisely follow customer's instructions regarding every quality aspect.
Our preventive measures includes planning and systematization for all component suppliers. Furthermore, all our parts suppliers must provide optimized solutions for quality and cost. The inspection of incoming materials from the supplier is based on strict US MIL standards, while our quality assurance inspector and procurement personnel conduct evaluations on each supplier's scoring system.
Continuous monitoring of the production line ensures Joinsoon's product to be of high quality. Quality inspectors are included at every stage of all production lines to make sure all products are thoroughly inspected and tested, therefore effectively preventing and reducing quality mishaps from occurring.
